Refund Policy

Reservations may be cancelled more than 30-days prior to the reservation date for a full refund.  Reservations may be cancelled at anytime but if the cancellation falls within 30-days of the reservation date, there will be no refund issued.


Customers will be offered store-credit for weather related disruptions.   


To start a return, you can contact us at Islandadventures401@gmail.com.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
